Marking systems are built into existing transport structures or production lines, or as separate lines with optional manual operation.

The design is developed according to the specifications, the shape of the parts, the ambient conditions and the project requirements.


Equipment variants:

Ink system:

> dye-based, pigment ink
>⁢ UV inks
>solvent-based, quick-drying inks
> ⁢high-temperature inks up to 1200°C

Print head:

> protection rating up to IP65
> one to five lines
> Font size: 3 to 140 mm
> capable of producing graphics, logos, 2D codes and barcodes
> system-dependent activation up to 520 dpi horizontal, 316 dpi vertical

Speed:

> up to max. 290 m/min

Control/transmission of print data:

> via control center computer (TCP/IP, PROFIBUS DP, serial interface)
> storage of up to 15 text segments and symbol chains

Monitoring station:

> monitors incoming sheets for misshapen parts that may damage the spray heads

Option:

> an encapsulated UV dryer is enclosed with the UV ink delivery
> horizontal markings across the sheet using an axis system
