Our fully equipped double use coating chamber provides an optimised working environment for the manual coating on all sides of large surfaces. Bulky components, such as vans or busses, can be driven or transported into and out of the chamber. Coating and drying processes take place in the same area. Upon request, and if the type of components permits, a dividing wall can be installed, enablingboth coating and drying processes in parallel.

The chamber is provided with spraying systems, delivery of coating compounds, pipelines, drying systems, exhaust equipment, ventilation, heating,lighting and entry and escape doors. Power and compressed air are supplied from outside. The operator panel is also located outside the chamber. Lifting platforms enable the easy coating of bulky components, as well as maintenance and repairs.

After coating, circulating air is used for drying.
